The staff of Arsenic & Old Lace move like smoke—seen only when they wish to be. Each one is tailored to perfection, voices low, eyes sharper than the crystal tumblers they carry. They remember your favorite drink, the year you stopped wearing your wedding ring, and the last time you wept into your scotch.
There are bartenders who mix like alchemists, servers who glide through velvet and shadow, and a concierge who never forgets a sin. The woman in the corner booth might offer you a tarot reading or a curse wrapped in silk. The man who lights your cigar may know your father’s secrets. The doorman may have once been your executioner in another life.
They are guardians of discretion and curators of vice, bound not by contracts but by something older—something whispered through cellar doors and stitched into the hem of every curtain.
If you need something impossible, they will provide it. If you need to disappear, they will make it elegant. They ask no questions. They make no mistakes, and they never, ever stay past closing— because the hotel doesn’t close.

Not much is known about the owner of the Lace Hotel, unless you're in certain circles. Often seen sporting a scowl or indifference, there aren't many that can make him smile. Approach this Sunseeker on business nights though, and he'll make sure your stay is fulfilled. No matter what your requests may be, you can always trust in "E'mhaati's Grin"... if you can manage to find it.
Hikaru Seta-Senju
Head Host / Head Courtesan
A Rava courtesan, and tayu to Hingashi. Three generations did this doll of a tayu serve the Bafuku Throne of Bukyo, and for three generations did he impress and find himself beloved by kings, envied by fellow servants, worshipped and coveted by the masses.
Three generations...and now, he stands here before you, and is yours for the taking.

A Jack from Rabanastre, Qasim abd al Daiya possesses a Dalmascan fire of both Passion and Fury of equal measure. Hire him out for a time and see which you shall inspire with a chance meeting.

A beefy half breed Miqo'te from Ul'dah. You'd normally find this lady with a smile and a positive outlook. Lately though, her heart has soured. Her faith in others is slipping, and it won't be long before that warm heart turns frosty. She's E'mhaati's right hand for the hotel business.

Grimar is a chaotic whirlwind wrapped in the form of a Hyur—a being teetering on the edge of brilliance and madness. His piercing eyes glint with a mischievous allure, betraying a mind constantly plotting and scheming. Known for his unpredictability, Grimar moves through life with a devil-may-care attitude. Is a open hire freelancer, if you dare hire him.

With an eye for glamour and a tongue for... Quick wit, Osk Djt-marouc, the Lace's resident artist, is there to welcome those who arrive for succor and sanctuary. Despite the warm smile and boisterous personality, there is something decidedly sharp and dangerous about their gaze. Probably best to not be alone with this one... Or perhaps do, if it's the danger you wish for...

The fox Doctor! Need some healing? A stich up? Something for that burn or booboo? Then set up a visit with the Doctor! Will fix and help in all matters of things! Need a potion as well? Look no farther! That is covered as well~!

Cirina is the product of familial neglect and enslavement. By a stroke of luck, she was released and made a free woman, turned to the streets, and then turning to all she had. Her connections, her body, and her adaptability to new situations, ultimately taking up a mantle of trading and courier services before being brought into AoL for the same. What she really thinks? You'll likely truly never know, outside of those rare nights she finds herself alone with her thoughts, meeting her reflection at the bottom of a glass.
